I was really impressed by all the waiters who were oozing with pride(rightly so) over the food that was being served and took the time tell us about the seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and the indulgently paired wines to each of the courses. Taking the time to help us note even the subtle taste and aromas in the wine to compliment the depth of the flavours in each of the dishes.
I have seriously never tasted wines so good nor have I experienced high-quality services on this level – Yes this surpassed my visit to 7 star Burj Al Arab or my enjoyable feast 500 meters above sea level in Hong Kong’s Ritz.
