Whether you have a quick trip to Dubai or have a layer over and looking to use Dubai airport showers and facilities, there are plenty! You can rejuvenate and refresh before catching your next flight. Particularly if you have a long haul flight. For my recent trip to Zambia, my older sister and I left London and had a layover in Dubai where we were meeting my younger sister who was flying in from the USA and layover in Dubai. This offered the perfect opportunity to refresh many of the cool airport facilities.

To help you fit the jetlag and reset, below is a guide to all everything from Dubai Airport sleeping pod, facilities like refreshing showers, exquisite freshly made dishes, mobile charging stations, and complimentary WiFi connection will be at your aid until your departure. Secondly, these facilities are not exclusive for only passengers; walk-in guests are also entitled to get benefited.

Dubai Airport is pretty big with its three terminals and 4 concourses. The transit area is connected with Terminal 1 & 3, whereas, Terminal 2 is situated near runways. Terminal 1 includes Concourse D. Concourse A, B and C have Terminal 3’s name on them.

Health Club & Shower

The Health Club is situated in G-Force, Airside, behind Dubai International Hotel. Passengers can enjoy the shower facility, swimming pool, steam room, and Jacuzzi. To avail of a shower, passengers need to spend AED 45 (per person). The cost of a relaxation pool and Jacuzzi is AED 90.

Dubai Airport Free Showers 

A free public shower is available in Concourse A, close to the A1 gate, and next to the Le Clos wine shop. However, people need to carry their towels and toiletries. There is a similar setup in Concourse B, gate no B13.

Dubai Airport Lounges & Shower Facilities

Dubai Airport boasts with few luxurious lounges, offering deluxe quality bathing facilities.  These lounges can be at your service if you have a lounge membership program or lounge pass. You can access them by paying at the door as well. Passengers from all classes are equally welcomed here.

• Marhaba Lounge

Dubai airport contains 5 Marhaba lounges located in different places across the entire airport. One lounge is located in Terminal 1, Airside, Concourse D, and another is in Terminal 2, Airside, opposite to Gates F3 and F4. Terminal 3 comprises 3 more lounges.

You can locate these lounges in Airside, Concourse A, between gates A3 and A2. Another is in Concourse B, Airside, next to Gate B26. You will also find this lounge in Airside, Concourse C, between Gates C-25 and C-23. A shower session will cost $15 at these places.

The lounges proffer top-notch bathing facilities, efficient to make a passenger revitalized instantly. Open buffet service will bring you delicious cuisines along with the bar facility.

• Ahlan Business Class Lounge

This lounge is situated in Terminal 1, Concourse D, Airside. You can visit this lounge to avail of their fine quality shower facility. You will get ultimate satisfaction with their buffet facility along with other services.

• Sky Team Lounge

You need to get to Terminal 1, Concourse D, Airside to stumble upon this lounge. Since it offers fine quality shower rooms, travelers can enjoy every second of their bathing session. Spending your waiting hours here would be a great option, as the lounge proffers bar services and rooms with TV and magazines.

• Plaza Premium Lounge

It is located in Terminal 3, Concourse A, inside the security area. The lounge extends top-notch shower rooms for relaxation. In addition, you receive amenities like live cooking stations, open bar, relaxation spot, and more.

Airline Lounges In Dubai DBX Airport & Nearby Hotels

• Emirates First Class Lounge

It is located in Terminal 3. Shower spa facility is available here with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

• Gulf Air Lounge

This lounge situated in Terminal 1, Concourse D, offers nice shower rooms, buffet facilities, and refreshments.

Airport Hotels and Sleeping Pods 

If you wish, you can choose a luxurious hotel or a sleeping pod, since Dubai Airport boasts with many.

• Sleep n’ Fly Lounge

You can find it in Terminal 3, opposite Gate A1. It facilitates with igloo-style sleeping pods, which are enough to accommodate 1 to 2 passengers at a time. A shower facility is accessible here. Spend $33.00 for two hours.

Sleep ‘n Fly Pods

• Dubai International Hotel – From T3, access this hotel in Concourse A, B, and C. It has a finely designed shower facility for transit passengers. Passengers will be charged differently for 18, 12, and 6 hours packages.

• Holiday Inn Express – This hotel is just 2 minutes away from the airport and closer to Terminal 3. If you are looking for a place with a deluxe quality bathing facility, you can visit this hotel.

• Premier Inn Dubai International Airport – You will come across this hotel right after a 2-minutes drive. The hotel proffers high-quality bathrooms with shower facilities.

Rest Zones In Dubai Airport

The airport has some special zones dedicated to the passengers, keen to take rest in between flights. For resting, you can find reclining chairs available in large numbers. You can locate it in T3, Concourse A & B, near gates A24, A21, A16, A1, B(1-2), B(7-8), B(10-11), B(14-23), B(25-27), B29, and B(31-32).

Rest zones are entirely free to use.

Dubai Airport Spa Services 

Spa services are available in different locations across the entire airport.

• Timeless Spa: It is accessible in Dubai International Hotel. Access points are Concourse A, A-24 or A-1, Concourse B, B-22 and B-14, Concourse C, C-17, and C-15.

• Be Relax Spa: You can locate this Spa near gates A, B, C, and D.

• O2 Spa & Salon: This is located next to Gate B and C.

Flying With Kids?
