The Coolest Santorini Sunset View Restaurants
Right in the heart of the Aegean Sea are thirty-three islands the comprise the Cyclades. Among these Cyclades is Santorini. The rich volcanic and mineral reach soil has meant that crops on the island produce flavourful ingredients.
Most of the recipes of the island’s colourful cuisine are made with local vegetables matched with amazing seafood that is caught daily; from sea to plate.
While Sifnos may be known for the revithada, a chickpea stew slow cooked in a ceramic pot, Naxos for its rostos, a pork dish with tomato sauce, Santorini, on the other hand, is known for its tasty sun-dried tomatoes used to make tomato fritters that are eaten with the region’s popular meze.
You can also combine you love for food with wine tasting and cooking classes with many of the restaurants providing classes too.
I have linked to many of restaurants as well so you can easily check them out them out and dine like a boss on the Greek island. While in busy seasons you may need to book and reserve a table, for most of them we were able to just walk in and get a table.

So maybe it’s just because I haven’t been to Greece yet, but I just figured that EVERY restaurant had a spectacular ocean view! 🙂 Even if that isn’t the reality, it’s so cool to learn that there are just so many options! I love the idea of Seaside By Notos. I’m a sucker for sushi and being able to sit literally feet from the water would be amazing!

Man does this take me back- I wish I would have had something like this on my trip to Santorini! My mother’s main criteria on our shared meals together was the view. I think if I make it back that I would choose to go to Seaside by Notos for a different dining view than from above. What a dream!
